Consists in performing superficial maneuvering of soft pressure and slow, reiterative movement that makes the muscles relax. A relaxed state is reached thanks to a reduced level of cortisol, a hormone the body secretes when it is under stress. It also helps combat anxiety by stimulating the release of serotonin, the hormone Responsible for maintaining a balanced mood.

Reductive massage

Meant to combat and eliminate the accumulation of fats in localized areas. Stimulates the expulsion of toxins, improves blood flow, and helps the digestive system, thus reducing the volume of the worked area.

Prenatal

This stage is the best possible time for body indulgence, as it’s currently undergoing many changes. This massage is meant to reduce stress, relax muscles, alleviate pain, improve circulation, and reduce oedemas and retained liquids. 

Relaxing massage and hot stones

This ST BARTHS SPA exclusive combines a traditional therapeutic massage with the application of hot stones over the skin. Indicated for the reduction of chronic bone and muscle pain, elimination of toxins, and to improve blood circulation. Harmonize energy, body, and mind by reducing stress levels. 

Deep tissue massage

This technique applies firm movements making emphasis in the deepest layers of muscle tissue. Absolve yourself of chronic muscular tension and toxins, let your muscles relax. Indicated for the times of heavy muscle load caused by stress or physical training. 

Decontracting massage

Help your muscles relax and dissolve contractures produced by stress, a bad posture, lack of rest, or a sedentary lifestyle. Decreases fatigue, helps muscles regain elasticity, eliminates toxins, and oxygenates tissue.

MAYAN MASAGE

Technique based on prehispanic roots that aligns posture and cleans the energy channels. All muscles are attended to. through rotations, flexing and stretching to grant you relief. 

Helps undoing knots, contractures, and releasing joints in a natural way. 

Citrus fruits are employed to make pressure, and Mexican rebozos are used for the stretches.

Consists of a massage of supple movement that stimulates and eases the passage of lymph through the circulatory system. Helps drain liquids and toxins, aids in cicatrization, and oxygenates tissue. 

This experience will help you relax and hydrate your skin marvelously with the use of warm cacao and almond oils. Feel free to ask for soft, mid, strong, and even decontracting amounts of pressure.

Consists of exfoliation, which smooths down and regenerates the skin, followed by the application of a wrapping mask made of nutrients that will help your skin obtain vitality and freshness. Concluding with an emollient sealing scented cream. A relaxing experience that’ll leave your skin feeling and looking smooth.

Manicure and pedicure services consist in cleaning, filing, shaping, cuticle removal, calluses and/or roughness removal, exfoliating, and hydrating. Color application is always optional. 
(In the case of skin or nail fungus, we recommend visiting a podiatrist.)

Microblading (or hair-by-hair brows) corrects or reconstructs sparsely populated brows, it can also darken or thicken the already existent brows to give them a more defined look, improving symmetry and expression.

It’s an excellent choice to perfect your eyebrows through a rather natural and semi permanent technique.

Lash lifting is a treatment that creates a slight upward curve naturally and durably, this also gives the illusion of a bigger length. 4 to 6 week effect duration.

Eyebrow laminating is a semi permanent treatment applied directly above the brow hair, giving it an upwards ‘hair-do’, straightening any rebel hairs and pinning the brow into the desired shape. Includes eyebrow design. 4 to 6 week effect duration.
